Anyway, on the way back we decided to drop down to phoenix and spend a couple of days with my family.
While we were there we were able to take a few minutes to go up to Tempe and take some pictures of our brother Telipeti (Bet) and Andrea. We had about a half an hour before sunset and took a little walk.
We finished photographing them and were crazy hungry. we tried to make it back to Ra before happy hour ended. We got there in time but there was an hour wait!!! So we went across the street to Fatburger. How can one go from about to have the best sushi to eating a Fatburger? Well the Fatburger was not good, should have eatin' at sonic, but the pictures are cool! here are just a few.

those are wonderful pictures, are you sure they are not engaged or i guess just really making the connection...they look like they have been together forever!
The boys said Wow! then when I got the to the pictures of faces and closer faces, they disappeared....
I am SO glad to have those genuine loving looks preserved. The ones where she is holding his face and beaming, and the ones where he is closing his eyes when he is with her, is just SO THEM!!! The first time I saw her look at him like that, I fought back tears. These pictures did the same thing to me, and they will always remind me of those moments when she looks at him like that and he closes his eyes so completely filled up with love for her, and blessed to have her in his life. These are such BEAUTIFUL images! I'm amazed at how fun this photo session was for Bet who usually gets nervous and awkward during photo sessions. It was so natural and casual, and you were able to capture sweet moments of them with real emotion. They both had fun. The way they interact and look at each other in these pictures is them, really looking at each other, the way they usually do(So in love). Even the ones where he is carrying her!(He sometimes carries her to her car so she doesn't have to scuff her heals in gravel) They've only been posted for about 12 hours and we have lots of phone calls and posts and compliments! We looked at them together last night. They kept smiling (I was crying). We kept saying, "Awwww, THAT one's cute" and "Awwww, I like that one best, no that one , no that one . . ." They are all AWESOME! Thank YOU!
Sometimes a persons talents and strengths are more scrutinized by their family, and not as quickly appreciated by them as they are by strangers. We tend to be pickier about each other's talents, because we think we should be each others biggest fans yet strongest critics. Work that we accept as good from others just doesn't seem to be the standard we set for ourselves and each other. Right or wrong, that's how our family is. So you know when we say that we LOVE these photos, you have no doubt that we actually LOVE these photos! I wouldn't change a thing. It just makes me want more beautiful professional photos of them doing other things they typically do, like running in the desert training for big runs, or lifting weights, cuddling in the recliner together to watch a movie, window shopping, taking walks in the neighborhood, going to church together, him playing the guitar and singing to her, them eating off of each other's plates, snuggled close to each other in a restaurant - all those precious moments that will someday be lost and replaced by other stages of life. I wish someone had taken pictures like these of you two in various stages of your lives. Especially now - while y'all are so consumed with your business, I would love for someone to follow you around taking pictures of the two of YOU in this busiest stage of your lives. THESE are TRULY moments to capture. Somebody should do that for YOU!! Thank you again! We love you!
