Mr. Sushi

I am getting hungry writing this blog. That sucks because it is late and I'm here at the studio with a ton of work to do. Bo owns and operates Mr. Sushi, a fantastic restaurant on the north east part of town. Since meeting them we have been there and few times and absolutely love it! The seaweed salad is done different from most places and they cook the Sushi rice differently and it adds extra flavor to the rolls. I think my fav is the crunchy roll. well actually there are three that I am in love with but I forgot which ones they are. If you go there, and you should, just ask for their most popular rolls. Also the spicy tuna is great because its made with chunks of tuna and a spicy sauce, not tuna ground up with the sauce. Anyway, it's pretty gooood.
we only get to go up to santa fe a few times a year for connection sessions and this one one and it was timed perfectly with the leaves changing. One of the most beautiful places and times in new Mexico is the santa fe mountains in October; acres of aspen glow with their beautiful ocher leaves... it's really something beautiful.
