Anti-Gravity Yoga

When people come to the studio for the first time they always ask what the place next door to us is, we are always excited to tell them about Exotica in Motion and what actually happens there! It's a fitness studio where true magic happens both physically and emotionally. They just started a new fitness program called Anti-Gravity Yoga and Exotica in Motion is the only place in New Mexico you can participate! We went by to photograph a class and we were blown away by what we saw, it's yoga suspended from hammocks and you do your poses inverted and flying through the air!! It combines strength and flexibility, and it is for both men and women. It was amazing to watch and I can hardly wait til after the baby comes to start classes.
